Intermediate - Silver Clay Lentil Beads / Pendants
This is a full day jewellery making class designed for intermediate students who have already been making silver jewellery using the magical material of silver clay.
I recommend taking my beginners silver clay class (or another similar class) first, and ideally doing a little practice with the clay in your own time first before booking this class.
Students will design and make their own hollow bead / pendant form - using a former to create a 3D form, joining the halves together, decorating the piece, and then either creating a bail to hang the pendant from, or to drill and use to thread into a necklace. We will also add various decorations to the piece.
Class size - maximum of 3 people
Class runs from 10am to 5pm - with a one hour lunch break where you can visit one of the many local cafes.
**My workshop is downstairs, so may not be suitable if you have mobility issues that mean you have problems with stairs.**
This class is held in my Camden, central London, jewellery studio and runs roughly every other month, but additional dates can be added on request and the session is also available as 1-1 private tuition at a date and time to suit you.
All materials needed are included in the price and your creations are of course yours to take home.
Tea, coffee, cold drinks and nibbles are available throughout.
